In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:
All our items are brand new unless otherwise stated.
We cannot control products which have a manufacturers fault but we will honour our terms and conditions and replace any faulty items.
If you feel there may be a problem please feel free to contact us.
We would also prefer to be contacted with any problems you may have with any of our products before leaving feedback – please give us a chance to solve any problems you may have – thank you.
All items will be sent by Royal Mail, UPS or Parcelforce and will only be despatched to the address as listed on your order – any amendments must be agreed before despatch of goods
Once we have received full and cleared payment we aim to despatch all items within 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail 1st Class Standard: 2-3 working days
Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard: 3-5 working days
UPS 24: 1-2 working days.
If you do not receive the items within 7 days please contact us. Please check at your local holding office as postmen often do not leave a card.
Where orders are placed and paid for by PAYPAL or CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (pounds sterling only – then goods will normally be despatched within 2 working days
Where orders are placed and paid for by CHEQUE – then goods will be despatched once the cheque has cleared our banking system which normally takes 5-7 working days.
Please be sure to check all charges for the items before buying
We do not ship to PO Box numbers
All our items are professionally packaged and our post & packing costs include material and labour
If you order you will receive an invoice with your chosen delivery charges included
Additional POSTAGE charges will apply to the following areas: Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and all other islands off the mainland excluding the Isle of Wight (no extra charge)
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. We strive to faithfully reproduce images of the items we sell, however, manufacturers constantly update and improve the design and specification of products and it is not always possible to update product images as quickly as the lines change. The item you receive will be of equal quality and value to that shown in the listing.
In the case of listings where we have indicated that the colour of the item may differ from the colour represented in the listing pictures, please be assured that quality will not be compromised and that the item will be identical to the product displayed in every detail apart from the colour.

UNWANTED ITEMS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused, and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 14 days of the date of the invoice – a copy of which must be returned with the goods.
You must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item back to us. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so would advise you to take out postal insurance.
To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.
We will endeavour to replace all broken items or give a refund of the item/buying amount at our discretion. All returns must be in their original packaging and must have a returns number which will be issued by the office. All returns must be made to Unit 5, Brookwood Industrial Estate, Brookwood Avenue, Eastleigh, SO50 9EY
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so would advise you to take out postal insurance.
UK CUSTOMERS: We accept PAYPAL, CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, CHEQUES
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: We only accept payments by PAYPAL in Pounds Sterling only.
Please note all warranty periods will begin on the original date of purchase (this will be shown on the invoice sent with the goods). Please keep the original invoice as proof of purchase.
